Establishing healthy sleep habits from an early age will help your little one develop into a healthy, independent sleeper. My guidance covers all of the fundamental concepts of sleep and will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to introduce healthy sleep habits in the early days / weeks.

Infant (3-18 months)

Designed to set you up for success when it comes to bedtime, night waking’s, naps & any other specific issues that you and your little one might be having with sleep. This is the package for you if you’re looking for support in teaching your little one to self-settle, sleep more solidly overnight and take more predictable naps during the day.

  • 60-minute consultation
  • Bespoke sleep plan to suit your child’s needs
  • 4 follow up phone calls
  • 1 week of unlimited email/group chat support

Toddler (18+ months)

Designed to make some positive changes to your child’s sleep habits. This is the package for you if you’re looking for support in getting your little one sleeping through the night and taking long restful naps during the day*. Providing them with the sleep they need to wake happy, well-rested and emotionally equipped to deal with their busy days.

*age dependent (toddlers typically still require a nap up until age 3-4)

Support includes:

  • Preliminary assessment
  • 60-minute consultation
  • Bespoke sleep plan to suit your child’s needs
  • 4 follow up phone calls
  • 2 weeks of unlimited email/group chat support

Bedtime

Inclusive of one of the above packages (Infant or Toddler), this is designed to provide one-on-one support helping you implement your child’s bespoke sleep plan on the first night*

*6 hours starts from one hour before bedtime

Support includes:

  • Preliminary assessment
  • 30-minute consultation
  • One-on-one support, in your home* from bedtime to midnight on the first night
  • Bespoke sleep plan to suit your child’s needs
  • 4 follow up phone calls
  • 2 weeks of unlimited email/group chat support

Night Time

Inclusive of one of the above packages (Infant or Toddler), this is designed to offer you one-­to-one support, effectively holding your hand whilst you implement your child’s sleep plan throughout the first night*

*12 hours starts from one hour before bedtime

  • 30-minute consultation
  • One-on-one support, in your home* from bedtime to morning on the first night
  • Bespoke sleep plan to suit your child’s needs

Getting Back on Track

Inclusive of one of the above packages (Infant or Toddler), this is designed to offer you one-­to-one support, effectively holding your hand whilst you implement your child’s sleep plan throughout the first night*

Group Support

£35 per person (£50 per couple)

If you’re a group of 6+ parents looking for a more affordable way of gaining some helpful guidance, hints and tips on how to introduce healthy sleep habits for your children, I can offer a 2-hour group support session from £35 per person (£50 per couple)*
