I cannot thank Natalie enough for the sleep plan that she provided me with for Ella! To say Ella was a bad sleeper is an understatement! Ella has been up 2/3 times a night (every night) from birth up until she was 2 years old. I had never thought about seeking help as I just put it down to separation anxiety from Ella going into childcare and I thought the phase would pass eventually, but 2 years later I was knackered! Ella would refuse to go to bed completely unless I was in the room with her and would take up to 2 hours to get to sleep, she would also wake frequently in the night and demand I get into bed with her to settle her back to sleep! I even went through a phase of sleeping on a blow up bed on the floor just to get a full night’s sleep! Then I approached Natalie for help and within a couple of weeks of starting the new sleep plan and introducing a few simple things, Ella was able to sleep through the night and go to bed without my presence in the room. Thank you so much Natalie for your help and helping me to appreciate sleep again, I’m always telling friends and family about how much you have helped me.
